Setup Checklist

  1. Retrieve your SFTP credentials from the secure Bitwarden link in the SanMar onboarding email
  2. Add SANMAR_SFTP_USER and SANMAR_SFTP_PASSWORD to server/.env
  3. Set SANMAR_SFTP_ENABLE=true in your .env
  4. Click "Test Connection" to verify access to ftp.sanmar.com:2200
  5. Run "SDL Catalog" sync to import the base product catalog
  6. Run "EPDD Catalog" sync for extended data (categories, bulk inventory)
  7. Inventory DIP will auto-sync hourly while the server is running
